When should I schedule post construction cleaning?
Book the rough clean once drywall is done, the final clean once the last trade is out, and a touch-up right before move-in or opening day. We can plan all three when you send the schedule.
How long does a final construction clean take?
It depends on the square footage, the finishes and how much dust the build left behind. We give you a timeline with the bid after the walkthrough.
Do you remove construction debris?
We clear the dust, scraps, packaging and small debris left inside the space. Large dumpster loads are usually handled by your hauler.
Do you clean residential new construction too?
Yes. We clean new homes and model homes for builders across the valley, as well as commercial projects.
