Post Construction and Commercial Cleaning in Las Vegas
Final Phase is the Las Vegas cleaning company builders call for the last phase of the job: rough, final and touch-up construction cleans, then recurring commercial cleaning for the businesses that move in.
The final phase is the only phase your client remembers.
Construction leaves a finished space looking unfinished. Fine dust settles into vents and cabinets, film and stickers cover new fixtures, and paint and adhesive end up on floors and glass. Final Phase cleans all of it, in phases that match your build schedule, so the walkthrough goes the way it should.
After the keys change hands, we stay on as the commercial cleaning crew for offices, storefronts, warehouses and properties across the Las Vegas valley.
The last impression is oursMonths of work get judged in the first minutes of a walkthrough. We clean like it.
One crew, every phaseThe same team handles rough, final and touch-up cleans, so nothing falls between visits.
Built around your scheduleSeven days a week, early or late, so inspections and closings do not slip.
Fully equippedWe bring the supplies, tools and equipment. You do not stage anything for us.
We remove construction debris, scrap, packaging and the heavy layer of drywall dust so painters, flooring installers and finish carpenters walk into a workable site.
After punch-list repairs, inspections and furniture delivery, a final light pass removes the fresh dust and fingerprints so day one looks like the day we finished.
It is the cleaning done after construction or renovation work: removing construction dust, debris, protective film, stickers, paint and adhesive residue from every surface, usually in rough, final and touch-up phases.
When should I schedule post construction cleaning?
Schedule the rough clean once drywall is finished, the final clean once the last trade is out, and a touch-up right before move-in or opening. Send us the schedule and we will plan all three.
What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens mid-build and clears debris and heavy dust so trades can keep working. A final clean happens after all trades finish and details every surface for the walkthrough.
How long does a final construction clean take?
It depends on the square footage, the finishes and how much dust the build left behind. We give you a timeline with the bid.
Do you remove construction debris?
We clear the dust, scraps, packaging and small debris inside the space. Large dumpster loads are typically handled by your hauler.
Do you clean residential new construction?
Yes. We clean new homes and model homes for builders as well as commercial projects.
Your build is almost done. Let's finish it.
